Campaspe Downs Country Resort is a group accommodation facility located on the outskirts of the Macedon Ranges & only an hour's drive from Melbourne and 45 minutes from Tullamarine Airport.  

Set amidst 160 acres of natural bushland & surrounded by fresh country air, it provides the perfect atmosphere for School Camps, Special Interest Groups, Church Groups, Conference, Music, Drama or even Training Camps

 

Accommodation on either side of the lake

Accommodation is primarily provided for in bunkhouses, in rooms varying from 6 beds up to 12 beds with separate toilet blocks. Leaders rooms have a smaller number of beds and have their own ensuite facilities. In total the bunkhouses can accommodate up to 256 people.

On the other side of the lake is the Cabin area, which are of a higher standard as they all have their own ensuite with the larger ones having a separate lounge. These cabins have from 2 to 10 beds and in total can accommodate up to 108 people.

All linen (Pillows, Doonas, Sheets) is provided for in either area, which alleviates the need for sleeping bags.

All Bedrooms & Meeting Rooms are heated during winter.

 

Catering

Either full board or self-catered is possible. Menus can be varied for any special requirements with prior notice, e.g. vegetarian, vegan, etc.

 

Recreation

Campaspe Downs has been developed to cater for recreational activities suitable for any group or purpose.
